How To Get Rid Of Anxiety & Lose 10-15 lbs In The Next 49 Days WITHOUT Ever Going To The Gym

Why is it that John learned completely new strategies and tactics for strength and anxiety relief after training with the Buffalo Bills?

The answer is actually quite simple – because what he was doing was not working.

For those who don't know, John was actually drafted as a punter to the Buffalo Bills (actually as the first punter drafted).

But he had terrible performance anxiety and after several flubbed kicks and bad performances, he was booted from the team after just 4 games.

For years after that he went into a downward spiral – overwhelmed with negative emotions and anxiety - and engaging in pleasures of the flesh as he called them – drugs, alcohol, and womanizing.

But then, crazy as it sounds, he met a Vietnamese Grand Master who told him that he knew he was unhappy, and offered to train him at his compound.

Surprisingly, John actually turned down the offer.

Later, John visited him again, after a miserable experience showing up late to a dinner with relatives and his daughter after a night of partying.

Again Grand Master offered to train John and this time John accepted and went to train with him at the compound a few weeks later.

Now, you might think that John, having trained with some really elite trainers training with the Buffalo Bills, would know pretty much everything when it comes to strength.

But Grand Master began training him in ways that were completely foreign to him. Grand Master gave him specific advice for things to do each day – and gave him weird exercises and specific breathing patterns.

Grand Master told him that 49 days was the number of days he'd need in order to experience big change.

John committed to those 49 days and as he did so – he began to experience some huge changes.

His energy skyrocketed, for one.

In ancient medicine, there's something known as Qi, or Chi. It's considered the life force.

There are specific ways to increase that energy, and with this new training, his energy went way up.

Another thing that happened was that his habits that he wanted to quit began to fall away. Ones that he had tried to quit numerous times.

And his negative self-talk started to go way down.

He began to like the person he saw in the mirror.

Grand Master also identified a weakness in John's tendons and ligaments and began training him for that.

With that, he actually learned how to do fingertip push ups.

To this day, over 20 years later, at 55 years old, John still is benefitting from what he learned.
